Home Meet Picnics 

Help organize food and drinks for our 3 home meets.  This includes getting volunteers to help with setting up the pavilion area and helping with clean up afterward.

Volunteer Coordinator

Work your magic and get volunteers!  Create and distribute a sign-up genius in advance for meets, special events and activities.  Ensuring volunteers know where to report to and what tasks need to be completed.

 

Special Events 

Help plan team building activities, fun days, donut days, movie day and more!  Includes coordinating with the park to secure space and collaborating with coaches schedules. 

 

End of Season Coordinator  

Help plan our end of season banquet!  Complete with food, music, awards and coaches gifts.  Price out food options, DJ, activities and help end the season on a great note!
